Hi

I have a HP MFP E77830 stuck on error code 63.00.3D

How can I resolve this issue?

Is it a DIY fix?

This is an issue with the Magenta developer unit. If you have restarted the unit several times trying to resolve the error then you are going to have to replace the developer. If you have never restarted since this message has shown up a technician might be able to recover the developer, however the instructions are part of my non-disclosure agreement with HP and I cannot share them with a non-certified technician, due to the possibility of creating further issues.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.

Hi

Thanks for your input, I have solved the issue by cleaning the entire machine using a compressor (the machine is 2nd hand and was standing for a long time)
