I have this problem with my HP Neverstop printer.

Im recharging ink with non-official HP toner. Even if the level on the printer shows the tank is full, when im printing even the test page, the ink level on the printers lows up to orange led.

 

Running HP Smart App, tells me that im using used tank printer (I have 2 printers, the same model) or the ink injector is not original. 

 

The thing is, we use this injectors other times without problems. 

 

There is something we can do to check to solve this problem or we have to start looking for new tanks? Thx in advance.
