@Vaibhav_Sathe, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

The error message about the supply system usually points to a problem with the ink cartridge or the printer's ability to recognize it properly. Let’s try some steps that often clear this up:

Check Cartridge Compatibility and Level

Make sure you’re using genuine HP cartridges specifically designed for the OfficeJet Pro 8732M.

Verify the cartridge you installed isn’t empty or near empty.

Remove and Reinsert Cartridge

Turn on the printer.

Open the cartridge access door.

Carefully remove the problematic cartridge.

Inspect for any protective tape that may still be on the cartridge’s copper contacts; remove it if present.

Reinsert the cartridge firmly until it clicks into place.

Clean Cartridge Contacts

Using a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water, gently clean the copper contacts on the cartridge and the printer carriage.

Allow the contacts to dry before reinserting.

Reset the Printer

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on.

This can clear many cartridge recognition errors.

Update Printer Firmware

Check HP’s website or the HP Smart app to ensure your printer firmware is up to date as updates can fix cartridge detection issues.
