HP OJ 7740 only prints blank pages after replacement of broken printhead.  New original cartrigdes installed also showing fine in HP Smart tool on W11 PC. Printhead cleaning and ajustment performed.   Reset to Factory settings done. Still only blank pages, though the right number of pages in the job. What to do?

Return it and get yourself and original printhead from authorized HP dealer locally.

Well, I was directed to this place as an uthoriezed HP dealer. Even when it is in China. I enclose a picture indicating it is Original HP. Or am I beeing fooled?
