Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 All-in-One Printer 

Model: D9L20A  / FPU: D9L20-64006 (CN29LF60B0)

Blue Screen - Error Code B83C13EC by Firmware Upgrade.

Start and Download was successful but during or after FW  installation printer hangs with blinking lights and error code B83C13EC on touchscreen.

Soft shutdown doesn’t work.

No connection over LAN or WIFI possible anymore.

Hallo, Problem war durch einen Kaltstart mit 5 Minuten Offline-Break behoben. Die neue Firmware war dann auch geladen.

Also vom Verhalten das gleiche Problem wie im erwähnten und verlinkten Beitrag - nur anderer BlueScreen-Code.

Also vom Verhalten das gleiche Problem wie im erwähnten und verlinkten Beitrag - nur anderer BlueScreen-Code.
