I need to print something but the printer only sends back white paper with nothing on it, the drivers seem to be up to date and there is still ink, I don't have any more error messages.

Do you have adequate amount of ink left in all the cartridges?
Are you able to make Photocopies?
Try printing a Quality Diagnostic Report and let me know how it prints
Load the printer with plain white paper.
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
