I’m getting this error in my printer (ERROR CODE OXO11A17FF DOT _PRIVATE.

 How can I clear this error?

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Connection: Ensure all cables connected to the printer are secure and properly plugged in, including USB, Ethernet, and power cables.

Reinstall Ink Cartridges: Open the ink cartridge access door and make sure the cartridges are installed correctly. Remove and reseat them if necessary.

Update Firmware: Check if there is any firmware update available for your printer model by visiting the HP Support website.
