To summarize-my printer simply fails to print correctly.  It fails to print black at all.  Print Quality test pages print with green bars at top of page with no black print.  Print Test pages have cyan, blue, and yellow print but no black.  I've cleaned printheads multiple times with same result.  Print drivers are up to date and scan works fine.  

 

I've gone through the HP Printer Troubleshooting steps multiple times with the same result.  Note-Printer warranty expired in 2019.  Printer has been lightly used.

At this point since you've exhausted all the troubleshooting steps, I recommend you to try a new black ink cartridge and see if that works.
