When printing multiple pages, the printer only prints the odd pages. I've gotten into my online printer account, I've looked at my MAC preferences (running MAC IOS 14) and nothing. I've looked at similar questions and answers and not much help because people start by assuming you know where to find the various pages and settings. So,, being super specific as to where to find the page to make the changes would be super helpful. THANKS!

 

NEW ISSUE - now it only prints in black and white despite having gray scale off. 😞
