Hi @Frjack555,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 is printing off-center in landscape mode, here are a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue:

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the print settings in your application (e.g., Word) are correctly set to landscape mode.
  • Verify that the paper size and orientation match the settings in both the application and printer driver.

Update Printer Driver:

  • Go to the HP support website and download the latest printer driver for your model. Install it to ensure you have the most recent updates and bug fixes.

Align Printer:

  • Most printers have an alignment function. Check your printer's settings or HP Smart app for an alignment option and run it to recalibrate the printhead.

Check Paper Guides:

  • Make sure the paper guides in the tray are properly aligned with the paper. Misaligned paper guides can cause the printer to feed the paper incorrectly.

Print Quality Settings:

  • Access the print settings on your computer (usually found in the printer properties or preferences) and check the print quality settings. Try changing the quality settings to see if it affects the print alignment.

Test Print:

  • Print a test page or a different document to see if the issue persists. If the problem occurs only with a specific document, it might be an issue with that file's formatting.

Check Paper Type:

  • Ensure you are using the correct paper type for your print job. Different paper types can sometimes affect how the printer handles the paper.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
