Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Regardless of the source of the printing command (ie., laptop or several mobile devices), the first page of the printing project will be blurry (out of focus) while the successive pages will be fine. 

 

I've restarted, searched and researched and cannot find a solution to this problem which is frustrating and waste paper among other effects it causes.
