Product: HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-In-One
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I just purchased my HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-In-One and the touch screen is not responding at all to touches.

I have exactly the same model back in Europe and the screen works just fine.

I downloaded the latest drivers/firmware, restarted my Macbook, restarted the printer, unplugged it for 3 minutes and then plugged it back and the problem persists. Can you please advise what could be the problem? I have already contacted the sales team that sold me the printer and waiting for their reply as well.
