Hello,

 

My Office jet printer has frozen with the loading bar and HP on the screen.  I tried a hard reset. Unplugged it for half an hour but when I plug it back in it goes right back to it.

 

I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer.

@jamesferrigno, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

As the printer is stuck on the initialization screen, we cannot perform any troubleshooting steps apart from a hard reset that you have already tried.

Unplug the power cable, hold down the power button for 10 seconds and release it.

Plug in the printer and power on to check.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
