I have a HP OffieJet 4652 printer. Works well, it's wireless connected to WiFi, printing, and has 2 ink cartridges, the ink is relatively full, colored and black, ink is aligned properly, however, it's printing light dark then fading out then light dark again. I need help please.

@armywife9, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. To assist you better,

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that prints fine. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

Clean the ink cartridges and print a quality report to check the result.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
