On Tuesday night I had the error code 0XB39FF018 appear on my printer whilst trying to print out some labels. I took out the ink cartridges and put them back in and restarted the printer and nothing happened. I tried disconnecting the wifi at home to see if this would make a difference. The printer did work after this but it only printed out at the top of the page and worked really slowly.
I took it to work the next day to see if it would work for my staff member. She tried printing something and it said the printer was offline. Tried connecting it to wifi and it said it could not connect.
Cleared the page smears and cleaned the cartridges and it printed the test pages out fine, even did the alignment page fine. However my printer still will not work since this error code. Is there anything to make the printer work properly again. Help Please?
