macOS 10.15 Catalina

HP OfficeJet 6958 stopped printing. Getting message 0x6100004a problem with printer or print system. I turned the printer OFF/ON many times to reset, but get the same message.

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

I have attempted to perform the hard reset.  I was able to remove the cartridges but the holder does not move.  can i get a ticket number or something to get the issue resolved.  i try to call and they just send me to virtual assistant.  Does not help...HELP ME PLEASE

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
