I am getting a Printer Failure message reading "Problem with Printer or Print System turn off printer and back on and if continues contact HP 0x6100004a

@JMarkwalter, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - 'Printer Failure' Error.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
