Product: HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One Printer

HP OfficeeJet 7310 All-in-One will not pick up paper, gives "out of paper" message even though there is plenty of paper.

 

PROBLEM SOLVED!  Followed the instructions in the User Guide to access the necessary areas in the back and inside the printer, cleaned the feed wheels/rollers and underneath the ink cartridges. Took several hours, but printer is picking up paper again. Thanks, HP, for having detailed troubleshooting instructions, and to the people who posted YouTube videos about how to access the feed area behind the double-side feeder accessory at the back of the printer.
