Mac 14.4.1 Sonoma on MacBook Air (M2 2023)

 

Blue screen with this error message B8BC47F6 possibly preceded by on-screen notification that the cyan cartridge was low but did not need to be replaced yet.

 

I followed this procedure:  https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-OfficeJet-Pro-8730-displ... except for this part which seems redundant and possibly entered in error?: Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back > Insert the cartridges

 

All looked fine but immediately after clicking on "Print" in the print dialog box, the screen goes black, and then blue with the error message.

 

Somebody please help?
