Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop says my printer is in an "error state" with no error id listed.  I've reset the printer, checked the laptop connection and all seems correct.  How do I get the printer to print as it used to?  I can print from my android cell phone using HP Smart.  I have an Acer laptop using Windows 10 (64 bit).

 

I was able to get the printer working.  Somehow the drivers went missing.  I replaced the drivers and all is working once more.
