OfficeJet 8025

I just purchased an OfficeJet 8025 and was setting it up when I got this error

There is a problem with the printhead.

Error code: 62.80.13

I have tried to follow a few instructions that I found from other people, but it has not worked. I tried to turn the printer on, unplug for 60 seconds, and plug it back in.. no change.

Any other help other than returning it?
