I just replaced all cartridges, HP smart shows all cartridges as full. I can print black just fine, but color is simply not showing up (yellow actually shows a tiny bit, but badly). I tried cleaning the printhead, aligning the printhead (several times), and nothing. Note that as part of the alignment process, it wants me to scan the page it printed. But the printer said "can't scan the printed page". The printed page only had black on it, and a tiny bit of yellow.
