HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

My HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 has suddenly "locked" to where it is unresponsive with a blue screen error of 8AF32082.  I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in several ways (unplug from the back, and unplug cord from wall, wait 60+ seconds, and replug back in, etc...).  I cannot press any of the back arrow, home, or question "buttons" (which sometimes aren't there, sometimes flash, or sometimes are just solid and unresponsive) on the bottom of the screen to get it out of this blue error mode or reset as well.  Would appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.  Thank you!
