My OfficeJet Pro stopped working with the error message "Failed Printhead". I tried all the steps recommended in the forum on this page https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/Error-Missing-or-Failed-Printhead/td-p/... and now my error message says "The printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed". I'm pretty sure I loaded the carriage properly into the slot and made sure the lever was seated correctly. I'm thinking I will need to buy a new printer, but would love to hear if there's anything else I can try. I really like this all-in-one - it's worked great up until now. I've had it for about 3 or 4 years. Thanks for any help.
