My printer has been in a box for 2 years. I finally took it out to use it,, replaced the ink cartridges and now it is consistently giving me false paper jam errors. I have tried cleaning all of the rollers, removing paper from paper tray, resetting the printer, and nothing seems to work. IT keeps giving the error message.
my warranty expired in 2017, so HP website is not allowing me to get in contact with support to send in for repair.
