HP OfficeJet Pro 8710
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Help Needed! My printer HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 is about a year old(Out of warranty) and I have recently added new cartridges. Before this, I had original cartridges installed and used for a year.

After adding new cartridges my printer was saying Load Papers Error and showing video to how to load papers although I had papers in it.

I did perform cleaning like this: Youtube

Also, performed multiple resets from menu, from Support Menu(back 4 times), Advanced Menu(after pressing Home, Back, Home Home) and OODE reset as well and currently, printer is stuck on:

"Load unused, plain white Letter paper in the tray."

Anyone know how to perform clean-up or reset/clean paper loader/sensor or something. TIA.
