HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 display error B305DFF9

Have had the above problem for a long time. After unplug/plug everything works good for a short while.

 

My printer is used wirelessly with the latest software. [Personal Information Removed] Printer firmware is MANHTNPP1N002.21038.00. After the test, this is the current status for the printer. 

 

I am reading that a factory reset may be needed.

I have this error and need assistance with the solution. Having to unplug after nearly every print job.
