I have the Officejet Pro 9010 series [CB88E6] pro and it gives me some major problems:

- turning the printer on, it shows a scanner problem - turn off to fix

- when turning the printer off, it results in a Blue screen with all LEDs blinking. The error message is 001B5D09.

Currently, I am unable to use the printer.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

  • I received the private message and reset the printer as advised.
  • Then I could not even print; after powering on the printer showed a blue screen.
  • After sharing my results, I received a private message with a local phone number I should call. The number is not correct: " There is no connection under this number."
  • I asked for the correct number, but I have not heard back for 2 weeks.

The problem still exists, and I just canceled my IntantInk account, it does not make sense to pay a monthly fee for a printer which does not print.
