Hi @ArtZak

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that you are getting error code 62019EE o your HP printer, I am glad to assist you.

Are you able to make Photocopies?

Meantime, please try these steps

Let's start with a Printer Reset

(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends directly connecting the printer power cord to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

The second step is to clean the printhead: try this step twice if required.

To clean the printhead from the printer display

a. Load Letter, A4, or Legal unused plain white paper into the input tray.

b. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).

c. Touch Printer Maintenance, select Clean Printhead, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

after cleaning try the Printer Reset steps again.

If the above step doesn’t work, open the cover of your printer and then unplug it from the electrical outlet.

  1. Remove each ink cartridge and clean the contacts with a cloth.
  2. Clean printhead contacts.
  3. Reinsert print cartridges.
  4. Plug in your printer to the electrical outlet.
  5. Allow the printer to boot up and run the automated startup sequence.
  6. Print a test sheet to see if this simple procedure fixed the issue.
  7. You may need to do this procedure several more times.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for your recommendations.

I have tried the whole unplug/plug-in procedure as well as the print cartridges and none of that worked.

However, I then reset the printer to the factory settings and that appears to have stabilized the situation.

The printer has now been online without failure for over a day. Before it may have lased for 15 minutes.
