Hello All.
My issue is the following:
I've installed the printer on the network by wireless connection. The printer is visible both on the router and on the PC (where I have installed HP Smart). I can print the files that are on Google Drive by Smartphone or directly from the printer touch screen. But I can't print from PC to printer, the printer is correctly installed on the PC, it just tells me that there is an error.
Windows 10 Pro, version 20H2 is installed on the PC.
First it worked from PC, then after Windows update it started giving error. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software
1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Restart the computer and download the full feature software Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-9010-all-in-one-printer-series/239... and follow the onscreen instructions
Thank you

Hello.
Unfortunately this instruction was already in my possession and I have tried it several times, but it doesn't work.
The problem remains. Another solution?

I recommend you run the HP print and scan doctor and it will automatically find and fix the printing issue.
Here is how it is done.
Please download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor from this Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/HPPSdr.exe
Run PSDR
Once the PSDR detects the Printer, it will show up the IP address and Software Status.
Select the correct Printer and click on Next.
PSDR will check if the Printer is on the Network and communication between the PC and the Printer. Once the connection check is done, click on Fix Printing
Once PSDR goes through all checks and automatic fixes, click on the Print a test page.
Regardless if PSDR printed the test page or not, click on “NO PRINT”
PSDR will then notify you that there is an update available, click on continue, and PSDR will apply the patch and ask for a reboot.
Post restart the PSDR will run automatically to check for more issues. If no issue found close PSDR.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts, mark my post as Accept as Solution. Your feedback counts!
Cheers!
