HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 will not print anything but a test page

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is a recurring problem.  The last two times it's happened I was forced to allow an HP tech "into" my computer to make it work again.  Things happen so fast when I do that that I have no idea what I just did, and it seems to be a different fix every time.  I don't trust these guys.  Powering laptop (W10) and printer on and off doesn't help, neither does resetting the router.  Can anyone help me, please?

@jblah, Welcome to the HP Support Community!


Do you get any errors while printing?

Are you using the HP Smart app to print from the PC?


Check the connectivity between the printer and the MAC.

Make sure they are connected to the same network.


Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
