My HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e won't print 4x6. It prints full size. I have gone thru every troubleshooting protocol and have a project due for which I purchased reams of 4x6 paper and it won't print! I am connected to a Mac 15.4.1 Sequoia.

"Won't print" could be different from wrong or missing Tray and Paper, Source selection, or job configuration errors.

I don't have any MacOS systems -- I do have information on what the printer supports and how to make sure the Tray and Paper settings are adjusted in the printer.

One thing to try / add to your job configuration:

If the job setup (dialog) Source (Tray) is set to any form of "Automatic",

Select the Tray that you expect to use for your 4x6 inch paper >> Tray 2

If not done,
