OfficeJet Pro 6978

HP Officejet Pro 6878 isn't printing color.

I've cleaned the printerheads,

I've unplugged and restarted the printer many times and uninstalled and reinstalled,

I've tried to copy color copies ,

Printed many Print Quality Diagnostic pages,

made sure the ink cartridges were properly installed cleaned and not clogged,

i even tried to realign the printerhead but since it wont print color it wasn't able to scan the paper since it was only black and white.

The Ink cartridges are brand new so i know they aren't empty.

what is going on with my printer?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

I see that you have tried all the necessary steps to resolve this issue. I'm afraid the printhead has gone bad. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
