HP OfficeJet8025 Printhead problem

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 8025
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just unboxed a brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 8025.  Got it all set up.  It printed two pages then all of a sudden topped on the the touch pad it says  "There is a problem with the printhead.  Event Code: 62.80.A0"

I've tried everything on every board and help panel.  The virtual assistant was no help at all.  My printhead does not have a latch.

Anyone know how to fix this?  I am not a happy camper right now.

Thanks!
