Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8025 that displays "Door Open. The cover or door must be closed to continue.  Check that is completely closed. "  I have made sure the door is completely closed and I have tried doing the power reset.  I have  even changed the door sensor and still have the same error displayed.  I've only have this printer a few years and dont know what else to try.
