Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJetPro print is only a few weeks old.  I initially set the printer to only print in black ink in order to save the color cartridges.  I cannot get the printer to print in color no matter what I try.  The cartridges have barely been used and I tried enabling the color feature, but no luck.  Any ideaa would be appreciated.  Thanks

Kindly try making a Color copy of a picture / document.

Contacted HP Tech Supporft about my printing problem.  It was a very simple solution.  Needed new ink cartridges.  Apparently HP only puts a small amount of ink in each cartridge when you buy a new printer.  I only used the color feature a few times and couldn't believe the cartridges were already out.  Put new ones and printer now works great.  I should have believed the ink indicatiors that showed the cartridges were low, but couldn't believe they went dry so fast.
