HP OfficePro 8710 Use New Cartridge to Start Up

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my printer has come up with this error code this morning. I have cleaned the print heads I have done a factory reset etc. any more ideas?? Ready to throw this printer out on the road. It has always had genuine HP Inks.
