Hi @Chrish1203,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to enable WiFi on your HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer, you can follow these steps:

Check the Printer's Control Panel:

  • On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless icon or Settings icon, depending on your model. This might be a physical button or a touchscreen option.

Enable Wireless:

  • Go to the Wireless Settings or Network Settings.
  • Select Wireless or Wi-Fi and choose Turn On or Enable.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi Network:

  • After enabling wireless, go to Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Setup.
  • Follow the prompts to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password.

Update Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can do this through the printer's control panel or by downloading the latest firmware from the HP website.

Check Wireless Button:

  • Some models have a dedicated wireless button. Ensure it is not turned off. The button might have a wireless icon on it.

Printer Setup:

  • If you are unable to enable wireless through the control panel, you may need to reset your printer settings to default and then reconfigure the wireless settings.

HP Smart App:

  • You can also use the HP Smart app on your computer or smartphone to set up or manage your printer's wireless settings.

I hope this helps.

Hello,

thank you, but the printer does not have a wireless button in the menu or a led outside, but it does not blink or something else.

I tried resetting it but it still does not show in the configuration.
