HP Officejet 4620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet 4620 just prints blank pages when print jobs are sent from a program (e.g., Word, Wordpad, Excel, **bleep**).  It prints PDF files or printer test pages fine.  So, I know it is not an ink level or a hardware problem.  I have tried to uninstall HP printer drivers and reinstall latest drivers.  I have also tried HP Print and Scan doctor, and it could not detect any problems (I could print test pages and they were fine.)  Does anyone have any idea/suggestion for fixing this software glitch?  Thank you in advance.

Hi @GL4544,

 I'd be happy to assist you!

 Let's try and uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.

--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.

--->Select your HP printer.

--->Select Uninstall.

--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.

--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”

--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.

--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.

--->Click on the Drivers tab.

--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.

--->Select OK.

--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

--->Close Devices and Printers.

And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers from the software and drivers page

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it did not resolve my issue.

@GL4544

It seems like you are having issues while printing Microsoft Office related documents. Try printing web pages and emails to check if it works.

Have you tried to update or repair Office on the computer?

Let me know how it goes.

Printing from web pages or PDF files is fine.  Printing **bleep** is incomplete - some pieces of info are printed while others are not.  I also reinstalled Microsoft Office, but it did not resolve the problem.
