There is an error on my printer menu screen "Ink Cartridge Problem", asking me to change the black ink cartridge. I have changed it twice and I cant print, scan, or see my menu. What can I do?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.
If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer as you have already replaced the ink cartridges.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
