Hi @KJ342,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
That error code 0xB0022D30 on your HP OfficeJet 4630 typically points to a firmware or internal system error, often related to the printhead, ink system, or corrupted startup sequence.
Let’s walk through the steps to fix it and get deeper help if needed.
1. Power Reset the Printer
This clears temporary memory glitches:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
2. Check Ink Cartridges
- Open the cartridge access door.
- Remove both cartridges.
- Clean the copper contacts gently with a lint-free cloth.
- Reinsert cartridges and close the door.
3. Update Firmware (if accessible)
If the printer turns on normally:
- Go to HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
- Download and install the latest firmware.
4. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode
If you're also having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi:
- Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds.
- This resets the wireless settings and puts the printer in setup mode.
5. Factory Reset (Advanced)
If the error persists:
- Turn off the printer.
- Press and hold Power + Cancel + Wireless buttons together.
- While holding, turn the printer back on.
- Release after 10 seconds.
⚠️ This may reset all settings and clear stored data.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
