That error code 0xB0022D30 on your HP OfficeJet 4630 typically points to a firmware or internal system error, often related to the printhead, ink system, or corrupted startup sequence.
 

Let’s walk through the steps to fix it and get deeper help if needed.

 1. Power Reset the Printer

This clears temporary memory glitches:

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall.
  3. Wait 60 seconds.
  4. Plug it back in and turn it on.


2. Check Ink Cartridges

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Remove both cartridges.
  • Clean the copper contacts gently with a lint-free cloth.
  • Reinsert cartridges and close the door.


3. Update Firmware (if accessible)

If the printer turns on normally:


4. Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode

If you're also having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi:

  • Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds.
