Product: Officejet 4650

In the past 2 months, my HP Officejet 4650 has suddenly started getting the error 0x6100007b. And no unplugging it and plugging it back in does not resolve the issue. And no doing a firmware update also does not resolve the issue. The issue can just suddenly disappear on its own for the printer to work for a few days, but as soon as you REALLY NEED the printer to work, like printing something for a deadline, up pops error 0x6100007b again. Could somebody please give me a proper answer to explain why this error suddenly appeared (never had it in the past 3 years of owning the same printer) and what to do to actually FIX the problem?
