HP Officejet 4650 won't print certain fonts in MS Word

HP Recommended
microsoft word
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to use certain fonts - my printer will not feed the paper through, but if i change font, it prints just fine. i need to use many many fonts for my labels and find this very frustrating. how do i fix this issue?  i use a specific word template so can't turn into a pdf or it won't line up.

*all drivers up to date & reinstalling printer/drivers/etc does not do a dang thing but waste time 😐

@kc3po311, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The fonts you are trying to use, are they pre-installed/available from MS word or did you download them?

Check for updates for the MS word/office application.

Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, or Webpages and check if it prints fine?

Update the printer firmware
