HP Officejet 6600 - Printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed

I've already tried unplugging and resetting and also tried putting in new ink cartridges. The same error message keeps coming up and I can't print...

@lamb-42, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead, and the error persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
