Product: HP Office Jet 6600
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet 6600 is not able to print color but does black and white fine.  I have reloaded the HP Drivers, Ran the HP Scan and Print Doctor 5.1, power down and back up the printer with power button and unplugging for 3 minutes before restarting.

Reseated cartridges, restored factory settings, direct connected using a USB cable and in all attempts no color.

The color nozzles are blocked by dried ink.

Have you tried cleaning the printhead?
