I can't connect to my Officejet 6700 if it is connected to an Xfinity pod other than the pod my computer is connected to. I am using and HP Pavilion laptop running windows 10. When they are on the same pod, everything works fine. The HP Print and Scan doctor keeps telling me to reinstall the printer. That doesn't help.
The router is probably not configured in the bridge mode. This could be a NAT issue which means multiple routers are handing out IP addresses and causing a conflict. Bridge mode means the router acts as purely an access point and not a router
I recommend you contact the isp for assistance on this.
Hope this helps!
