My printer is 5 years old and in good shape - I don't use it an extreme amount.  It is wireless - have not had any problems before now, except for the screeching when it takes in the paper.  No error messages. Would love to know how to stop that.  But the shaking now is a real problem.  Just started shaking about 2 weeks ago - printer has been in the same place on the same table.  It is level, balanced.  One person told me to unplug it for 24 hours, for a hard reset.  Do you think that would really fix the shaking?  It feels like the cartridges are knocking the sides.  Shakes so much that straight vertical lines are jagged.  I hope I don't have to get a new printer!  Also, I hope I chose the correct Board for this question.  Yes, I need help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

Also, let's try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
