Product: Officejet Pro 6978

Cartridges were low so I replaced them.  The printer still shows low levels and now the colors are not printing.  I have already gotten a replacement for this printer for the same problem this year.  I am beyond frustrated!  Please tell me a way to fix this or I am done with HP.
