Set a manual IP-
To set a manual IP and try the steps below -
--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address
--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP
--->then go to network ---> general ---> network protocols ---> select IPV4 only-->apply
--->go to wireless ---> wireless 802.11---> select manual ip ---> apply
And also try and change the channel on the router to 1 or 11.
Let me know if this helps!

Good day! Manual IP didn't help. Still doesn't print at all. I checked that Location on notebook is "http://[fe80::ee8e:b5ff:fe16:a334%23]:3911/" in device properties, and on PC it's htp://192.168.31.209 ... Driver in Device properties is Microsoft 10.0.18362.1 from 2006... On notebook too. Yesterday tried to reinstall printer and set manual IP. Nothing helped. Still can print from 2 laptops. Half a year can't reach a desired result - printing from PC....

We have tried all the troubleshooting steps from our end, I think this issue needs some additional technical assistance that can be better provided through one-on-one interaction or a remote session with our HP Support team.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region for further assistance.
