Hello, out of nowhere yesterday when I attempt to scan a document to email I get the message Server Problem and it will not connect to Web Services.

I have tried turning everything off and back on as suggested but I am still having this problem.

Hi @Zipponator,

I'd like to help!

Could you print a network configuration report and share the results-

Print a Network Configuration Page to view the printer's network configuration information.

  1. Make sure that there is U.S. Letter or A4 size, unused, plain paper in the input tray.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup ().

    The Setup menu displays.

  3. Touch Reports, and then touch Network Configuration Report.

    A Network Configuration Page prints.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
